Biomaterials Development Workshop:
An experimental and hands-on workshop where we develop new biomaterials from natural ingredients. We use a variety of plant-based and organic materials while testing their properties and possibilities in design.
The workshop is suitable for designers, students, and companies interested in exploring the future of sustainable materials.
In the workshop:
Creating different biomaterial recipes
Exploring textures and drying processes
Discussing circular design and material cycles
Producing material samples
We use the SÕÕR’s biomaterials library, and participants also have the opportunity to contribute to it themselves.
